Without a doubt, yoga can relieve stress, sculpt and lengthen muscles, keep you feeling stretchy-strong, and help you lose weight. But, one of the most profound benefits of yoga is its ability to nurture your spirit, and awaken your authentic, playful, five year-old self. I often refer to “spiritual fitness” or “flexing your muscle of mindfulness”, while setting my class intention, allowing “what is” to happen in body, mind and spirit.
I currently teach group and private classes online, outdoors, and in person. I mentor yoga teachers, and empower students to cultivate their purposeful life through private coaching sessions.
