Yoga Teacher Trainings
Spiritually Fit Yoga is a Registered Yoga School through Yoga Alliance.
Latest blog post: upcoming cohort beginning September 2026
Amelia’s signature teaching style blends an inclusive, secular tone of spirituality, with storytelling, and the ability to lead all-levels classes or specialize in power vinyasa or yin yoga.
Amelia intentionally keeps her Yoga Teacher Training cohorts small (maximum 5 trainees)
Students receive personalized feedback, built-in accountability, and support throughout the program. Through a hybrid format that combines live sessions, self-study, and an in-person immersion week, students can participate without putting their lives on hold. Whether overcoming challenges with anatomy, philosophy, or the fear of teaching, trainees receive individualized guidance designed to help them succeed and grow in confidence.
Graduates share that they chose Spiritually Fit Yoga, LLC because they wanted more than a certification. They wanted mentorship, community, and the skills to confidently teach yoga. Students don’t get lost in the crowd. They are seen, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.
Whether overcoming self-doubt, learning to speak confidently in front of a group, or discovering their unique teaching voice, trainees receive specific feedback to support their personal growth.
Many are also drawn to Spiritually Fit Yoga, LLC because they want to learn how Amelia creates classes that are physically empowering, emotionally uplifting, and rooted in teachings that extend beyond the yoga mat.
